BlueBolt is looking for a VFX Producer to join its talented team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of a show and liaising with the clients throughout. 

Skills/experience:

  • A solid track record of producing within a recognised VFX facility
  • A thorough understanding of CG production pipelines and post-production in general
  • Attention to detail and constantly looking for ways to improve operational efficiencies
  • An ability to handle multiple tasks under varying degrees of pressure
  • Must be able to work independently and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • An ability to build up rapport and strong relationships with clients and staff.

This role will require you to:

  • Manage all aspects of a show
  • Manage the initial visual effects breakdown and bid
  • Plan and schedule facility resources with the Head of Production and VFX Supervisor to create an effective approach to the visual effects work
  • Manage the visual effects team and monitor their work during the post-production process
  • Ensure the progression of work is to the client’s satisfaction
  • Liaise with the client and manage this relationship
  • Plan the day to day work of the production team
  • Run dailies sessions and rounds on the floor with the artists alongside the VFX Supervisor
  • Managing and track cost efficiency of individual projects.
